What about my pets?
We love pets and treat them like our own. Your instructions are noted on the work order, so our cleaning technician knows exactly how to care for your furry friends. This ensures a safe and comfortable experience for both you and your pets.
Who Cleans My Home?
At AP Cleaning, we hire only the best. Our cleaning technicians are experienced, reliable, and trained professionals. We carefully monitor staff performance. Because of our low turnover (3–6 years on average), you receive consistent, high-quality service every time.
Do I need to tip my cleaning technician?
Tipping is optional but greatly appreciated for excellent service. Most clients tip after each cleaning or give a larger tip at the end of the year. If you leave money, mark it clearly as a tip. You can also add it to your credit card payment. Rest assured, 100% of tips go directly to the cleaning technicians.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
We follow major holidays such as:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas
If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. For other public holidays, cleaning usually proceeds as scheduled unless you cancel in advance.
Will the initial cleaning take longer?
Yes. The first cleaning often takes longer because we perform a deep clean and familiarize ourselves with your home’s unique needs. As a result, subsequent visits are more efficient while maintaining consistent quality.
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned?
No, it’s not required. Most clients are away during cleaning. Many use a lockbox or provide a key and alarm code. For added security, all house keys are separately coded and stored safely in our office.
Will you send the same cleaning technician each time?
We do our best to send the same technician for each visit, however, staffing needs sometimes require alternates. Regardless, all staff have access to your preferences to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payments are due at the time of service. Afterwards, we charge your credit card on file for a smooth and convenient process.
